You might have stumbled upon various funny gifs on Facebook in comments and on online forums and on some points you also might have thought about share one but you did'nt knew how you can create one from a video on your PC or from a video on youtube. You were left with the choices available on online collection gif. But in this tutorial I will teach you to create your very own gif. Using an online tool.

How to create a GIF?
To create a gif from a video on Youtube or from a video on your PC just follow the simple steps below.

• Open you web browser and goto imgflipDOTcom.
• From the right column click on "Create a GIF".
• Now if you want to create a GIF from a video on Youtube copy the URL/Address of the video and paste it in the "URL:" box, else if you want to create a GIF from a video on your computer click on "Upload Video" button.
• Now wait until he upload is completed.
• Now select the starting and ending point of the GIF by sliding the green and red arrow above the timeline bar. Where green arrow is for starting point and red arrow is for ending point. GIF will be of only 50 frams so make sure not to create a huge gif otherwise it will ruin the quality of it and make it laggy.

• You can also add text to the GIF from "Add text to GIF" button and there are other options too to explore. Work with them.
• After you have setup every thing click on "Generate GIF".
