Searching for a file using the default Windows search option takes a lot of time and if you have a larger hard drive with alot of data. Locating a file may take upto 10-15 minutes. After installing it, it will automatically search and index all the files on your computer's hard drive. Don't worry it wont do it every times its only one time task.
After searching and indexing is done. Open Everything.exe from the start menu and enter the name of the file it wont even take a second and all the files with that name will appear.
