It is very common problem now a days and its quite frustrating that people have paid for the download manager but are not able to download the videos or mp3 files from different online sources and it mostly happen in Mozilla based web browser. Well the problem is not from IDM's side, its from the side of Mozilla. The main reason behind this, is that when people update their web browser or when the web browser automatically updates it self. Most of the time the IDM download plugin is not integrated properly into the new browser. Well there is a very simple and easy solution to get the plugin back to work, we just need to reinstall the IDM plugin into the web browser. Read the steps below.
Download the IDM CC plugin for Firefox.
Open it and navigate to Firefox when asked to select a program to run it.
Click on Install.
Restart the Firefox and the Download video feature should function properly now.
