A normal person poops atleast once a day and it can reflect many things about your body chemistry. Who can guess that your Poop's smell, color and how frequently it takes you to the toilet may indicate different things about your body and health.
Color
The color of poop is often brown and its because of bile which is produced in our liver for the process of digestion. But sometimes it can be of a darker color i.e "black" which is often caused by consuming of medicine or supplement which is high in iron, but if you are not taking any medicine or supplement then it indicates some internal bleeding. While light colored poop i.e "orange" and "yellow" indicates that the stomach is not fully digesting the food and this type of poop is often odd smelling and sticky.
Smell
Poop always smells bad but if you notice some extra odd smelly poop often after eating unhygienic food then its a sign of high toxins and over grown bacterias in your intestine.
Texture
Completely hard poop is a sign of constipation which is caused by not pooping for a long time. While sticky poop is reflects moderate diarrhea. A poop indicating good health should be sausage shaped with a bit of cracks on the outside and a bit soft from inside.
