There is no announcement on the official name of the new Nexus phone but at the moment we will be calling it Nexus 5. Google has been working on it after the successor Nexus 4. They were also working on the newer version of Android and it will come pre installed on Nexus 5.
Google will be revealing this phone and the Android 4.4 KitKat on 14th October. There is no news regarding he OEM of new Nexus but it is expected to be LG as it is based on LG G2. There are rumors about the specs of the phone that it will have a 5-inch 1080p display and will be powered by Snapdragon 600 paired with 2gigs of RAM. But there is no official announcement or confirmation regarding this for that we will have to wait till October 14th.
